BTI standards of education are regulated through a Board of Education. All members must adhere to the regulations set by the board.
The Mission of Breast Thermography International is to bring a high level of scientific standards to thermographic imaging and our patients. We see that all members are trained to the highest standard possible through extensive training and continuing education.

| Brittany Moyer, MS, ARNP (Patient Protocols)- Brittany Moyer is a Nurse Practitioner and overseeing patient Protocols at BTI. As a member of the board she ensures that technicians are well trained and ready for practice. She works in line with Shanna Schulze, BTI's Lead Technican Trainer. |
| Denise Lewis, MS (Academic Review Officer) - With almost 20 years experience as a Secondary and University educator, Denise Lewis reviews all academic protocols and provides advice on the standards of education pertinent to maximize learning for BTI technicians and interpreters. |
| Ann Barker, BSN, RN, LMT, CTT (Ethics Coordinator)- Ann Barker has been in the field of healthcare for over 30 years and works with BTI members to achieve the highest level of professional integrity. She is the hearing officer should a complaint arise against conduct of a BTI member. |
| Open (Scientific Content Advisor)- A scientific advisor reviews all scientific content taught at all educational levels at BTI. The primary focus is to keep the strict standards in tact in this pioneering technology. |
